All of us can experience emotional difficulties; feel stuck or overwhelmed at some point in our lives. It can be helpful to talk to friends or family members but sometimes they can become overly involved or judgemental.
Counselling/psychotherapy is an opportunity to discuss what is happening in your life and what you are experiencing, with an independent professional in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.

I will support you to recognise your own resources to move forward, and at times I may give you information that might help you towards your goals. I will support you to make your own choices that are empowering for you and in accordance with your own values.
